JAC Gallery Committee's
Second Annual Photography Show
October 7 - 22, 2023
Jericho Arts Council Gallery Committee is excited to announce its Second Annual Photography Show for this fall. It will open on Saturday October 7, with the closing reception on Sunday October 22 at 2pm. Artists 18 years and older are welcomed to enter one or two framed and ready to hang photographs. There are five categories in which to submit: Wildlife, Still Life, Architecture, Landscape, and People. There will be up to 21 monetary awards, four in each category and a People’s Choice. The prospectus is now available online at the bottom of this page and in the Gallery next to the Bainbridge Town Hall Theatre, upstairs at 15 North Main Street.
Those interested may preregister by mailing the entry form and check made out to JAC, to Elise Craver, 5 Highland Ave, Afton, NY 13730. Entry fee for two submissions is $25, $15 for one. Applications must be received by September 25 to be eligible for the discounted fee of $20 for two, $12 for one. Unregistered entries will be accepted at the Gallery on the drop-off days: Sunday Oct.1, 1-4pm and Monday Oct.2, 4-7pm.

This year's judge will be Kevin Q. Gray: He is the Manager of Arts Education at The Fenimore Art Museum in Cooperstown, NY. He also teaches photography as an adjunct professor at Hartwick College. He has created fine are photography for over twenty years. He lives in Cherry Valley, NY.
